4)Please, no compulsive vulgar language on your site! There are a lot of Sailor Moon fans who are children.

5)Please, I don't want to award Sailor Moon sites who are all about the FAKE and dubbed series.

6)Pages that load quickly and don't have a million graphics on the first page.

7)You must be willing to let the award link back to my site. ^_^
